There is a handy website called http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri and it gives a good estimate as to if you are able to run a game or not. Just search Skyrim and you can download a file that will help determine whether or not you are able to play it. Just from looking at your specifications I would say you will have some difficulties running the game.

I actually used that site.. I didnt trust it because I scanned the 6 games that I have on my computer now, and it said I couldnt handle the Minimum requirements even though the games ran perfectly.

I think if you turned down the resolution on Skyrim you will be able to play. Have you already purchased the game?

I wouldn't think that Skyrim could run on your integrated graphics.

Pretty old games.

Grand theft auto San andreas + MP.
Bully; Scholarship edition.
Game Dev Tycoon + Mods.
Mount and Blade Warband + 3 Mods.
Minecraft + Tons of mods.
Not on here currently, but could run Spore fine.

Probably on lowest settings with lag.

Depending on your PSU you could consider adding a dedicated graphics card which would at least make the game mostly playable.

And how much would that cost? And also.. Lowest settings, does it still look decent? And how much lag?

Before I can make reccomendations for a graphics card I need to know the exact PSU your using to see if it can support a graphics card.

There's also a chance your desktop won't be able to recognized the card due to a locked BIOS. What is the model of your pc? I could google it and hopefully find out if it can support a graphics card upgrade.

If you're comfortable playing on lowest settings smoothly, this card should work. You can get it on amazon with a warehouse deal for $47.44.

Here's a video showing how low settings look like with this card, though your gameplay won't be as smooth since you're using a weak cpu.

You should be able to play on maybe low-medium. I used to have a laptop that has equipment like your build and it ran fine. It won't look pretty, but you can play it.

I have a laptop just like his desktop and it struggled with skyrim so bad, I had to download a mod to lower the graphics past minimum settings

And that was at 1366x768 not 1600x900.
