I want to buy a good PC as a present for my mom, not to play latest games, but to be pretty snappy and with Wifi. I'm from Spain and buy stuff from www.pccomponentes.com .
So far I only picked:
1. CPU - AMD Athlon X2 340 3.2Ghz FM2 Box - 33€;
2. GPU - Sapphire R7 250 1GB GDDR5 - 79.95€;
3. Memory - G.Skill DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL11 - 73€;
4. PSU - Tacens Mars Gaming 500W - 22€;
5. Case - Tacens Mars Gaming MC0 - 17.75€;
6. Matherboard - don't know wich is better to take?
7. What do I have to buy to have WiFi in that PC Case?
8. Mouse and Keyboard - Genius SlimStar 8000M Wireless - 15.95€.
All of this is 241.65€ + shipping 5€ - Motherboard and WiFi component.
Need your recommendations and especially on the motherboard and WiFi.

Thankful for all the help.

What you want is an i3 with igp so no need for the 250x. Here's what you need:
Cheapest i3 you can find thats haswell based.
Cheap mobo from Gigabyte / MSI / ASUS/ ASRock
GPU - integrated in i3
Cheapest 8gb (2x4) ddr3 you can find
PSU - you chose a bad brand thats likely to kill the pc - get this http://www.pccomponentes.com/cooler_master_e_600_600w.h...
HDD/SSD - i'd recommend an SSD for general snappiness but since your budget doesn't allow it go for a WD caviar blue 1TB

Thank you for your help, i will look it up and see if I can find there something. What is the best way to have WiFi in that PC? Buy Mobo with WiFi or buy something else?

At that price point, buying a prebuilt is often the best idea. Especially this time of year.

And Also I'm looking at:
MSI Wind Box DC111 Intel Celeron 1037U/4GB/500GB - Mini PC
It has all I need, it's cheap, but is it responsive, snappy and not too loud?

The configuration you chose is great. Everything should fit fine.
