Is the 4gb version of the 270X worth it over the 2 GB?

I will just be gaming at 1080p, but I think the extra VRAM means I can use high textures in games like Skyrim right?

Yes, about 10fps at ultra settings but it gets you near or past 60fps barrier most of the time.If it is $15 extra, consider it.
You will want that 3GB VRAM for future games.

Extra vRAM doesnt mean high textures .. 2GB is fine untill and unless u are not running multiple monitors
