Hello, I have a problem here. After I finished assembling my custom built PC, I used an external USB DVD reader to install windows 8.1. But when It starts the installation at "Copying Windows Files", it just gets stuck at 0% , and the HDD status light is on for 15 seconds then just turns off. My hard drive is a WD 1 tb 7200 rpm hard drive, my motherboard is an asrock z97 extreme4, and I am using an Intel core i5 and an nvidia gtx 750 ti sc, with a 600w PSU.
