Installed new secondary drive, now main drive (C: ) is corrupted/unreadable.

I bought a new WD 1 TB Black drive with the purpose of cloning my old 150 GB WD drive and using the old drive as an emergency back up, till I can purchase another secondary drive.

So I wanted to clone my C: drive onto the new drive, and purchase a new drive for D: later on.

Inserted the new drive, connectors are working, it showed up in Device Manager, but now my C: drive is corrupted/unreadable. Can't save new files, can't back it up.

Currently running a disk repair...

Well apparenfly the disk repair actually repaired the drive...

If anyone has other ideas if this fix doesn't hold I'd appreciate it.
