Can i put a grafics card to my amd a10-7850k

i have a amd a10-7850k i thinking to buy a xfx grafics card, i know that will work but its correct to put the video card because the cpu also have a gpu integrated?

Its not the best idea to add another GPU on that machine. You'll probably need to change the PSU and its just a general waste of an APU.
Why do you intend to upgrade? Are some games not working as expected? If you post complete specs i;ll probably be able to help you get more juice out of that APU.

yes you can just either disable the onboard graphics (google how to do it with your OS) or you can get one that your processor is compatible with to run crossfire with. you can find a list online for that also.

What if has a 250w (450w no name) psu? There are things to consider... you can't just slap a GPU in an unknown machine. Some prebuilt don;t even have an x16 slot.

I currently run a gt 430 gpu on an old ass dell with a 300w no name psu and its been 2 years with n problem.

The fact you're doing a bad thing doesn't mean others should as well. Btw your 430 is considerably weaker than his integrated graphics.

considering its built in my set up actually has a heavier draw being 2 separate parts. but a 30 dollar 350-400w 80+ bronze psu would solve it either way
