So I would already have purchased my CPU but the order had screwed up and so now I'm back to ordering for a second time. I already have my whole computer built except for the CPU which is dumb but eh it's my first build and it would have been before my GPU if newegg wouldn't have messed up my order. But I need some advice as I'm coming to the end of my build and want to decide correctly for a nice computer to play on. I won't be overclocking since I don't really enjoy it, even though I do know it is free performance ;p I'd like your opinion on if I should order a:
Fx 8320 or Fx 8350

I can afford both, but I could use the money for games since I don't have many games right now. Be honest, and if the 8320 would give me a lot more room to work with for some nice games and such sort should I go with that? Or should I not cheap out and go with the 8350? Here is my current build!

GPU- XFX DD r9 280x
MB- Asus m5a97 r2.0
Memory- G.Skill 8gb 1600 memory
PSU- Rosewill Green Series 630W 80+ Bronze
Case- Thermaltake A31 Chaser
I also have 6 case fans, thank you!

if you plan to overclock or are willing to try. the 8320 can easily OC to the same as the base ghz of the 8350. the 8350 gives a slight advantage but in my opinion id go with the 8320 and OC it.

go with the 8350. You can always buy more games later and steam sales come and go. Build a system with the fastest cpu you can afford will save you from having to upgrade again so soon, which is usually more costly than buying games. You should get some free game vouchers to redeem on steam with the vid card.

Would overclocking be possible if I was to buy a simple $30 aftermarket cooler? If it saves money and isn't a challenge then I might do it.

but isnt the 8350 around $30 more expensive anyway.... better to just start with the faster cpu in the first place imo.

either way you will want an aftermarket cooler for gaming. if you can afford the 8350+cooler get that and OC that. if not get the 8320+cooler. games can easily be downloaded from other sources and are often on sale.

Yes I use a cheap 15.00 gmx 300 deepcool cooler and 0C @4.3 FX8350 and temps never get over 46c , you can find better coolers for 30.00 that will do a better job , the stock cooler absolutely sucks and sounds like a turbo prop in your case . Hyper 212 or something like that should be your minimum . And make sure your case has good air flow .
Get the 8350 , the 8320 Might be able to get to 8350 levels , or maybe not , for the $ difference don't chance it
