problem with ram speed

Hello all

at 2400mhz in a motherboard ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO.
i check the cpu-z and take the below details

Do youu have the latest BIOS? If so try enabling XMP and selecting the 2400 profile, else can try setting up manually, freq to 2400, base timings to 11-14-14-35, DRAM voltage to 1.65.....didn't see the CPU, but may require a slight OC on it to run 2400
