Just finished making my first build. I haven't got an OS yet so when I boot up it says "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key" - I'm sure this is normal? Anyways, to the point - I don't want to spend 80£ on Windows but I am a student and have access to "DreamSpark" where they offer Windows 8.1 free to students and its 9£ for a backup disk. Would I be able to download windows 8.1 from dreamspark onto a flash drive and install it on my new build? If not I could just buy the disk from them and do it that way?
