I have built a new pc and it doesnt beep or display images, when i take out the ram it just beeps 3 times over and over again. I tired unpluging the GPU, no beeps, i tried putting the jumper cap on short, no beeps. Unplugging everything but the cpu and plugging it again, no beeps. My build is:
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A78M-HD+
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9B
Processor: Amd athlon x4 750k
GPU: ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
PSU: Corsair CX430.
Note: When booted, all fans work, just no beeps.
All of this was done in an external build, over a non conductive surface.
