For those games I would get an i5 4690(k).

The Z97-A is not compatible with the 8350, but it is compatible with the i5 4690k. If you don't p;an on overclocking get the asus H97 and a i5 4690.

Which revision of the UD3 do you have because that board overheats with the 8350. Your CPU may throttle with that board and slow down to about 3.4GHz when being stressed.

If you don't know, change the board or return it for an ASUS M5A99fx pro r2.0.

You also want 8GB's of ram.

What games will you be playing?

Oh and by the way, you will only be able to see about 60fps at the max. Anything above 60 fps isn't noticeable.

I would also get a different PSU (I'll pick one out for you later).

Oh and for ARMA, you will need a better GPU to max it out (not sure if you care about that).

ARMA is a more cpu intensive, but you are right in saying he will need a better gpu.

OP where are you from? If you are from USA you can get much better parts for the same price as those parts.
