With Acer running windows 7, after the windows crashes and an attempt to re-install it with Acer's installation option, the error message from Microsoft said "Setup is starting services, set up will continue after restart your computer" then it restarts the computer and displays the same message again and again in an infinite loop.
Acer did not provide an installation disc when purchased the computer new, all windows 7 software is in a partition within one single hard drive. So other than using Acer's option, there is no way to reinstall Windows.
I appreciate if someone had this experience before with a solution. This scenario is Acer in particular, I believe.
