Self trouble shooting:
1.checked all cables from psu to motherbaord and everyother peice of hardware in case
2. have un seated all sockets and reseated them correctly and ahve solid contacts.
3. all sata cables on in im assuming correct slots.
4. cpu and gpu are seated correctly.
5. and my last note whenever i turn on the system it shuts down my vizio tv (which i have it connected to) i will try to do a boot and the tv will sit there for about 15 seconds and turn itself off (another note i have never seen this happen) So im assuming some type of signal is being sent.
6. the monitor and the built pc both have power.
7monitor is not faulty (just used on this computer)
