Replaceable graphics card for the ASUS M32 series with a AMD A6 6400k processor?

Solution
That has nothing to do with it. Almost all CPU's these days have integrated graphics, which makes no difference at all. The integrated graphics are generally weak and intended for basic computing. When you install a GPU card, the integrated graphics will be disabled and the system will run all it's graphics tasks on the installed GPU and not the CPU's integrated graphics. You do NOT need to replace the cpu in order to upgrade your graphics and whoever told you that clearly does not understand how modern hardware functions at all.

If you install a GPU card in the slot as we discussed, the cpu will then become ONLY a CPU, and will no longer be in charge of the graphics.
It doesn't matter if it's got integrated graphics or not, which it probably does, you can still add a PCIe graphics card to upgrade the performance and capability. What is the exact model number of your system? M32-what? There are many and they all have different hardware.

The model of my Desktop is K30BF_M32BF

That's a foreign model and I can't find any information on it. Take the side panel off and look for a PCIe x16 slot that looks like the blue slot that is circled and has a lock on the end of the slot (Not necessarily blue. It can be many colors.), but not like the black one that is slightly different and does not have a lock to engage the end of the GPU card.

I just found out that the graphics cards is integrated into the processor. So if i would want a new graphics card i would have to get a new processor, and i don't need a new processor at the moment. Thank you for your help :D
