I think that's about as low as you can go.

I don't recommend this, but if you're really, really need to shave off a few dollars, use 4GB RAM for now and add 4 later, get a 500GB hard drive and maybe, just maybe, a good quality 450W power supply. Of course, you can aslo get a slightly cheaper video card, but I think that will definitely be felt in game performance.

Better mb , a power supply that wont melt when you run up the R9 280

Outlander_04 showed that you original build was already too cheap as far a power supply was concerned. For a few more dollars spent there you have a power supply that will handle the rest of your investment.
