Well I'm choosing from the two, which is better? this is the only hardwares that I can afford so please don't suggest anymore gpu that exceeds my budget.
btw. is Palit Geforce GT 740 2GB DDR3 better than that two gpu?

PS. I have Pentium(R) dual core e6600 for the moment and will change it to i5.

if you can't decide, get the cheaper one or the one that is easier to get warranty claim.
a 740 is usually better, but with a ddr3 i am not sure.
if it was me, i will wait a bit more, save up ang get a better one
