opinion on my computer specs? is it worth upgrading my video card?

Hey, what is your guys opinion on my specs?
also, I know its worth getting a new card, what I am wondering is , is it worth spemding alot of money on a good card for this specific computer... Its built from 5 computers mixxed lol..... but anyway,

Manufacturer: Hewlett Packard
Rating 3.9 (wibdows exprrirnce index needs to be refreshed)
processor: intel (R) pentium (R) 4CPU
Ram: 3.00gb ddr2 (sadly had four butone stick is fucked..)
system type: 64bit operating system

graphics card :Nvidia geforce GT 230

Shit uhm that was right from the computer properties, that isnt the exact processor? Tha k god I was told it was a duel core but it doesnt say that... how do I find out? Just look at the computer processor chip? Or is the black square chip not the processor, and the big silver tjing is? (Im pretty sure thats a gpu?? Ot the cpu idk)
And I have a shit powersupply I think... but I may be able to switch one of my other two computers power supplys over , but its barcode says PO0400

Downloading speccy will tell you everything you need to know. The power supply should have a sticker on it, your other two power supplies, what are they? Also how much do you have to spend on this upgrade?
