Ever since about a month ago I started crashing in CS:GO. It started occurring around the time the game was updated but I am no longer convinced it has to do with the game since it is happening in TF2 now as well. I have tried drivers 320.49 340.something and the newest 344 drivers. It will work for a while sometimes but then I just crash and after I have the first crash, I seem to repeatedly crash.

I get a black screen and since I changed my TdrDelay registry it has made it so my computer doesn't crash and I can alt tab back in to the game sometimes. Although I often get low fps again after alt tabbing. My sound also crashes almost every single time as well (I have an audio interface, which I have to reset to get it back).

There was a point where I was just crashing to a black screen and my computer would not even boot past the windows screen until I uninstalled the drivers. The only thing I got to fix it one time was resetting the CMOS.

I don't know how to fix this but it's really frustrating. My card is only 10 months old :(

Please help!

do you have any monitoring software installed like msi afterburner or precision-x? use something like that and see what temps/voltages/clocks your gpu is running at in game. Also, make sure the 6 or 8pin power cable (not sure which your card uses) didnt come disconnected from the card. It may sound dumb, but even the best of us have overlooked dumb things during normal upgrades/maintainance. I once rma'd a motherboard because i forgot to plug the 6-pin power cable on the psu side of the cable (i have a modular psu) doh!
