Hi guys, I have about $1000 usd to spend on my new system and I wonder if these choices are the best I can get?

Keep in mind that there are few choices of brands and components in my country, so I'm just trying to pick whatever I can get and I listed them all here ( I haven't being able to decide what Mobo/RAM/PSU to pick)

For mobo I prefer Gigabyte / CoolerMaster and Corsair are the only two PSU brands available in my country / And should I pick Corsair RAM for its lowest CL?

Mobo: Gigabyte H81M - S2PV or Gigabyte B85M - HD3 or Gigabyte B85M - D3H

CPU: Core I5 - 4460 (3.2Hz)

RAM: DDR3 8GB (1600) Corsair (KIT 2X4GB) C9R CMZ8GX3M2A or DDR3 8GB (1600) G.Skill F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL or DDR3 8GB (1866) G.Skill F3-14900CL10S-8GBXL

Storage: SSD Corsair 128GB (F128GBGS - BK) (as boot drive) and 1TB WD (Black) - WD1003FZEX

VGA: 2GB Gigabyte N760OC - 2GD

Case: CoolerMaster - RC 430

PSU: CM G550M or CM G650M or CM Thunder 700W or Corsair CX600 V3 or Corsair CX 750 V3

Thanks for reading

Thanks for your reply, Still I have a few things to consider

Mobo: I intend to replace the Gigabyte B85 series with Gigabyte H97 - Gaming 3, worth it ?
Graphic card: I can also replace that 760 for a 770 or R9 280X, but is that really worth the money?
And the hardest part is the PSU itself, I have no clue what brands or models are "good". So I'll list them down and hope you guys can help me out

Cooler Master:
G550M
G650M
650W GX II Pro
V650W
V750W

Corsair:
550 VS
CX600 V3
CX750 V3

From most of the reviews I've read so far, CM V650W and V750W seem to be the best PSUs in this list?
Thank you

For your 1st question - H97 Gaming 3 is also Good but your processor is locked so getting an overclocking Mobo will make no sense at all.

2nd question - I would recommend R9 280x or if you can stretch your budget I would recommend the GTX 970

3rd question - get Antec 650W +80 bronze, any will do.
