Help! I am going to buy the dell ultrasharp tomorrow when the sale ends at 8am. Which model is the best one for school and gaming?

Solution
U2415 is more of a all-round monitor like my U2412M.
Image reproduction and viewing angle are not as good as a good IPS monitor for photo editing but still beter than average TN.
It is not as responsive as a TN but still faster than average IPS.
It comes with an adjustable foot and good build quality.
and...16:10 ratio is my favorite, I do not quite like 16:9.
For such price, I would have bought 2 or 3 :D

For the SSD,
I own 840 and it is great. I believe 850 should as good as 840 or even better.
But for the price, I would stick with 840 EVO for now.
An SSD is also considered as a must although not obligatory in todays high-end rigs. Your rig will be a lot more resposive with an SSD.

I have the 27" 2560 x 1440 and it is fantastic, plus I paid $750 for it so at $550 it's a steal imo...

I use mine with Adobe Master Collection CS6 and gaming along with 2 other monitors, an Acer 27" and a Samsung 24" (both of those are 1080p)

High School work doesnt need a good monitor since its at most a bit of amateur photoshop or video editing, and gaming doesn't really matter since their all 60hz IPS panels and will perform the same.

This is a case where your money directly translates into the one you get. Their all good, get the one you can afford.

You think that's a good choice for gaming too? I also am thinking about getting the SSD 840 or 850. Is it worth it to get the 850?
