Which one of these laptops is more powerful for Gaming?

CPU: AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7640G
RAM: 5.6GB

2.)
CPU: 4th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-4210M processor (3MB Cache, up to 3.2GHz)
Video Card: NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 750M with 2GB GDDR5
RAM: 8GB

Which of the two mentioned above is the best for gaming and can play games on higher settings? Also how much more powerful is it?

The Intel build is definitely superior between the two, but don't expect anything other than average gaming performance.

For starters, the i5 is only dual core with hyper-threading, not the quad core variety you find in the desktop counterparts. With a clock speed of 2.6Ghz, it won't exactly set the world on fire either. The GT 750M is better than what you usually get, but like the i5, it's still rather average. Don't expect smooth 1080p performance with the settings cranked up.
