Been using a Logitech G105 for. well, long enough to I am taking it back....12 hours. Them's the breaks i guess. So far I have liked what I am seeing in Cherry MX blue or Brown but Brands that use those switches are $100+. The cheapest Mechanical KB i could find online is a Rosewell striker rk 6000 for $65 plus tax,s/h. Mixed user reviews though. Let me know if there is something out there...

More about : decent keyboards

I was looking for a Keyboard that has better feel to it for typing. This G105 is no better than the $15 K120, Actually I find the K120 much less awkward to type with and game with. Maybe of the Macro keys, which i am not a fan of. I only bought it because the Stores around here have only Logitech stuff, for the most part. That and it was on sale 39.99 from 69.99. It does look nice and has a nice backlight. I know rubber dome keyboards ar not the best but it did feel good at all. Now there is a few Membrane/rubber dome style keypads that offer more tactile feel and ones that have other applications. Maybe around 8 kids are generally used. I can't find that site that i read a while back.... I forget where i was going with all this , but long story short I may have to get more expensive KB if I want to enjoy typing and not get flustered with bad design choices.....
Note I am overtired so that may not have made to much sense.
