I currently don't have a cpu cooler, a mother board, ram or a cpu.

So far I'm getting the 5820k and 16gb of crucial ddr4 memory.
I'm debating whether to get the asrock x99 professional
Or
The asrock fatal1ty X99X.

For cpu cooler I'm not sure if I should get an AIO like the kraken x61 or the corsair h110 or if I should add another 280mm rad and a cpu block onto my previous existing GPU only loop. In my GPU LOOP I have x2 R9 290x's, a d5 pump, 360mm rad and a swiftech res. Please let me know what you think I should do.

SUGESTIONS FOR DIFFERENT MOTHERBOARDS ARE APPRECIATED. Please include a reason with your recommendation. My budget for this is at max $1100. Thanks for your time!

Solution
since you already have a custom loop for your gpu's i would just add a 240mm radiator and a water block for the cpu. If your not pushing everything to the extremes you could get away with adding just a 120mm for the cpu if you keep to a single loop.

In theory you need a 240mm for the cpu and 120mm for each gpu so a 480mm radiator would cool your system from a stock to mild/high overclock.

For cpu blocks i would look at the XSPC Raystorm or the EK Surpremacy EVO blocks

I run a 2500k @5.4Ghz and two 560ti on a single DangerDen black ice extreme 480mm radiator. Once a main rig, downgraded to traveling lan rig, and has since been downgraded again to an office computer :p

Admirable
I would go with the professional mobo personally as I have had bad experiences with the fatal1ty boards in the past and as for the CPU cooler, I would go with a good air cooler like the noctura nh-d14 as it performs just as well as an AIO, is quieter and also cools the motherboard and RAM down as well with the fair flow from the fans

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Would of you mind telling me what problems you've had with the fatality boards? The asrock professional board is part of the fatality series's as well if I'm not mistaken. Do you have any other recommendations for motherboards? Also, I'm going for a really clean look on my computer with a black/red color scheme and I'm defiantly going to be water cooling my CPU. Any suggestions for parts to add to my pre existing loop? Or any good AIO coolers I could look at? Thanks again.

Ok cool, I'll look into those parts. Does anyone know about the best price/performance motherboard released for x99 so far? Preferably black or black and red. I'm still on the border on which one to get. Btw I have a H440 for my case and I don't think it can hold ATX-E motherboards, or at least it didn't include atx-e in supported motherboards.
