I see all kinds of graphics cards however XFX and HIS are super cheap, but no reviews. Its seems shady.. For example, A XFX r7 260x is $112 and the ASUS one is $126, and the ASUS one has tons of reviews and the XFX has none. This is just a question as I do not want to be buying GPUs off of componanys that you cant trust there build quality.
Thanks,

XFX is a fine brand, not the best, but nowhere bad. It's good for mid-range cards, I'd trust it. Same with HIS, it's a bit less fine, I'd go for XFX over HIS. Reviews for R7 260X (HIS reviews, no XFX):

Do not feel shady while getting XFX/HIS, they're fine quality.

Solution
HIS > XFX in the last 2 generations of AMD cards.

XFX really made some bad component and cooling choices since the HD7xxx series, causing high temps on their cards as well as an abnormally high failure rate.

HIS on the other hand has IMPROVED a lot since then and have made some excellent products.

My old HIS HD3850 IceQ was really good. Fast, cool and silent.
I have used both XFX and HIS.
Both are good.
The thing you must pay attention is the series: Never take the lowest variant and try to get the variant with the better cooler from each brand.

My last 4 GPUs:
HIS IceQ HD3850
XFX HD7770
Shappire HD6850
MSI GTX970 4G
I am satisfied with all of them.
