Umm, yes... You can overclock a Q6600 with any heatsink/fan. That one you mentioned isn't fantastic, but it will work. Just read one of the many FAQs around and take it slowly with your overclock. I still have my old Q6600 sitting inside an abandoned old PC because it was one of my favorite CPUs.
