Asus GTX760 o.c No SLI
ASUS Z97-A o.c
CORSAIR 8GB (2x4GB)
Intel Core i5 4690K o.c
128GB SATA 3.0 SSD
Corsair H100i Water Cooler

Corsair RM550w +80Gold psu is enough for this build ? or 450w cuz i dont think upgrade in future
i want to know max load watt with o.c

RM 550W will suffice, I'd go for XFX 550W, same quality, lesser in price. And 450W will be too close, this is the power consumption under load:

^It'll be more if you OC, and there should be 100W headroom so that the lifespan of PSU is not reduced.

RM 550W is more than enough, 650W or 600W is not needed, a 550W high quality (like RM or XFX) will easily handle all the OC.
