Hello friends . I am thinking to upgrade my cpu ! though i am using phenom 2 x4 955 with my vapor-x r9 270x ! I think i should upgrade now! so I am looking forward to buy i5 4590. which mobo i should get ! asus b85 pro gamer or asus h97 pro gamer ? Or do i really need overclockable processor for better gaming performance ? or i5 4590 will do just fine for gaming and web desighning and normal programming works !

There is night and day difference between i5 and your PII, even on stock clocks. Overcloking is nice, especially if you are thinking playing some CPU heavy games like MMO's, Planetside etc...
Mine 4670k is overclocked to 4.7Ghz and its a beast.

You should see a nice bump in performance, especially on the minimum FPS side. Any i5 4xxx with a good H97 board will be fine for you.

No you do not need one. If you want a better cooling, though, a coolermaster Hyper TX3 would work for you.
