No, that computer would not function, as it is lacking some seriously vital components. You need Power Supply for one, which is the unit that converts the AC (Alternating Current) from your outlet into DC (Direct Current) for powering your computer. Without one your PC won't turn on, and won't even have a place to plug into the wall.

You also need a Hard Drive, which is where you install your Operating System and everything else on your computer. Without one your computer won't boot, and will just sit on a Black Screen.

I recommend you use this thread to help you, as you are clearly new at this-

Not saved much money (if any) but the cpu is much more powerful and the GPU is comparable. The PSU that comes with the case in your original build probably shouldn't be trusted. This PSU is *much* better

You can use it yes. You might find the 5400rpm spindle speed slow so I'd save up some money for an SSD or WD Caviar Blue or Seagate Barracuda in the future

So GPC and CPU and mobo should all work together?

The case had a built in PSU. Not a very good one, but it was there. ;)

Go get a console, if that is your budget. Seriously, you are not going to be doing much gaming with that budget, for PC. This is the lowest I can really go, without sacrificing some quality along the way.

I second this motion. And to shamelessly plug some product placement, I recommend a PS4. :)

Between 350 to 400, the build above is the best you are going to get.

Yes it is, you will want to get an aftermarket cooler, probably to overclock though.
