http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hN7hYJ - amd build
or
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rfsLpg - intel build
Which one should i pick ?
The Intel cpu seems less powerful than the amd one, but the gpu has 2 fans in the intel build and only one in the amd build.
Its my first time building a pc and i would like to know which is going to be more powerful (i am going to overclock, and i'm afraid that the pc might overheat).
Also, if you know any components that are cheaper and better than the ones i listed please send me the link.

That Pentium is a powerful dual core. 4.5Ghz is fairly easy with an aftermarket cooler. You might also look into a slightly better motherboard if that is your intention.

860K is the latest and greatest quad core from AMD, at least on the FM2+ socket. It will be better then the Intel on anything that can utilize more then two cores. Again decent overclocking would require an aftermarket cooler.

If it were me, neither, I would scrap enough together for at least an i5, most gaming performance for the money. Or an FX8320 build, trading per-core performance for more cores.

If I were forced to choose, I would probably take the intel, just for the overclocking capabilities and low power consumption.
