I'm brand new to custom builds all together. So please don't rip me a new one guys.

I will just dive in. I'm looking for a gaming rig that can run games like the dragon age inquisition skyrim. Older games like jade empire and dragon age origins. Inquisition is my main priority I wish to play the game as intended within in the budget.
If you guys help build me a gaming rig (on paper of course) it would be much appreciated and I can't thank you enough. As I listed below if you could include an OS 64bit in the build it would be much appreciated.

What I have
144hz monitor 1920-1080p
Gaming mouse and keyboard

What I need windows 7 or 8 must be 64bit. I'm located in the US.

The SSD can be left out to bring the cost down.

Why?
The CPU is good enough. i5 for gaming, but top end is not essential.
Motherboard, again not top end but good enough, and modern.
Memory, fast enough, cheap enough, good enough.
HDD: 'standard'
SSD: Very good to have in a build at this level (buy it later if you must)
GPU: One of the good ones, others are viable choices.
Case: CHEAP PRICE (with rebate) no other reason.
PSU: Good enough and just powerful enough.
ODD: Borrow an external, use a USB, or spend another $20
OS: Becuase you said that you needed one.
