Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
GeForce GT 640
8gb Ram
Microsoft Windows 8 (build 9200), 64-bit
Realtek High Definition Audio

I have a Mid-Tower Case similar to this
http://content.ibuypower.com/Images/Components/6322/632...

I just want to know if it will fit inside my case. Also, my PSU is 1000w

I am not sure about my motherboard.

It was a pre-built computer from ibuypower....

your motherboard supports a 4th gen i7 so it most definitely has a pci express slot and as long as you have a pci express slot you can support ant gpu .. you should have no problem using the card in your system .. BTW whats the name of that psu ?

1. Measure the space available in your existing case.

2. Visit newegg or another source and look up your 980, then hit the specs tab
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Quote:
Card Dimensions (L x H) = 10.94" x 4.38"

3. If what you measured in step 1 is bigger than 10.94, you're fine

Thank you guys the size was okay. I just was a little paranoid. Also the power supply that I have was a Roswell Hive something like that. It didn't come with the computer. My brother bought it for me and set it up.
