Does steam support indian visa electron card?

I recently purchased a game Tomb Raider through steam via visa electron debit card. For now everything has happened smoothly but it didn't asked to enter card password and also there is no message which came to my mobile about money transaction.

The only thing happened is that the game has come in my steam library for download.
The account section shows steam store infront of tomb raider.

Hello,

My guess is that you haven't received any notification (like a text message) because there might be some delay between you receiving the game and the actual funds being deducted from your bank account. On some payments (not Steam) I've had up to 3-4 days delay before I could see the transaction in my bank account statement.

If you are unsure you can always contact Steam support or the nearest branch of your bank.

Hello I was quite late in reply that the message confirming money transaction was received in my mobile about around 45 minutes after the purchase of the game.
