Im debating between getting these two monitors:
Asus PB278Q
BenQ XL2720Z 27
1) Easy on the Eyes(Less strain)
2) Good for gaming
3) Good for Programming Visual studio & Photoshop work.
I know the BenQ refresh rate is higher and asus has better color higher rez, but im more concerned about eye strain. I know the BenQ has low blue light, but is that really just marketing jargon? Please help guys! Thanks!
