Okay, first of all, I am a noobie at computer so if you can please don't use terms that is hard to understand. Thanks :D

So, I have 2 choices it's either a laptop and a PS4
I'm gonna use the laptop for basically everything (Games, projects, Entertainment, etc.)
It's this laptop: http://www8.hp.com/sa/en/products/laptops/product-detail.html?oid=7179038
It costs 1,124$ and I it fits my budget
Games I play are: MInecraft, OSU!, CS:GO (Gonna buy NBA 2K15 and FIFA 15)

PS4
So, this is just for playing I guess...
The only games I'll really pay are really just NBA, FIFA, And GTA V when it comes out
Maybe some games if I find them interesting
The PS4 costs 474$ (If I did the math properly)
The games costs alittle bit tho.

So I just really can't make up my mind with what to buy.
If you guys can help me it would make me a happy boy! =D
I'm a noob though, so if you can keep the answers as simple as you can that would help too.
Thanks
And no, I will not build a gaming PC

Solution
If you play more games on your laptop then I would think that's your answer. Get a laptop. The laptop you linked is 1124 US dollars. the one I linked is about the same. So if your shopping outside the US I'm thinking you can get something similar for your money. Look for something with "dedicated graphics" from NVidia.
For gaming your better off with the PS4, the laptop will let you play low to medium graphics but that's about it. I wouldn't necessarily compare the two though, a laptop is very different than a gaming console. If you need to get work done than the choice is obvious.

Check out MSI or Sager, both are great and reasonably priced. That Lenovo that was recommended has a crap wifi card and a whitelist in the bios so you can't replace it. Anything with an 870m or better is going to be faster than a PS4. Go with a 970m if you can afford it. In my opinion spending 1400 on a laptop with a decent GPU is going to save you money in the long run because you can get games so much cheaper on the PC. Also don't forget that PC's will play any game no matter how old it is, so your library is way bigger. I.E. Borderlands Pre-Sequel is only out for the ps3 or xbox 360 so if you have a ps4 you're SOL.
