I posted a question yesterday about a problem i had with a CX series of Corsairs 600w PSUs. I'm now in the process of RMAing it (it appears the warrenty on them is 3 years from what I can tell). But after finding out that these aren't really the best PSUs, I have a different question. Is it okay to stick with one of these for a few months, if i can get a replacement out of Corsair? Moneys a little tight right now, I may have more upgrade options around Christmas. That being said though of course I don't want to put my system at risk. It's kind of a budget PC i got a few years ago, but it's perfect for the gaming I do and I absolutely do not want to put anything in it that could destroy the good components.

My system specs are:
GTX 660 GPU
Intel i5 3570 CPU
8GB DDR3 RAM
ASrock h61m-hvs MOBO (I've been told this is garbage, i guess that's something else I'll be looking into)
And then this dang Corsair CX 600w PSU

Like I said, it's just something I use to play casual games. Sure I'd like to continue to improve it down the line, but for the next few months... Is having a Corsair CX 600w PSU in it a bad idea?

Thank you to anyone that can help!

Being a Tier 3 psu it's decent for now, since you are tight on money I suggest getting a RMA, then getting a new PSU on christmas time :)
