No sign in window for Hotmail

Can anybody tell me why the sign in page for Hotmail does not show up though I can see the sign in tab at the top, the page itself is blank and there is no window to type in your email address and password

hotmail.com is no more. use outlook.com and you will still use your @hotmail.com email address.

I understand that hotmail is no more but I get a blank page without any windows to put in my email address and password. Yet when I use Firefox I get the sign in windows

I assume this is the page you are trying to view? https://login.live.com

If you have problems viewing it on one specific browser, try disabling add-ons and extensions.

If that don't work, try resetting the browser settings.
