ci5 4200U cpu with one thread too slow

My Asus Laptop with ci5 cpu only shows one thread(core) in windows task manager performance while its very very slow?

Install CPU-Z and run to see information of your CPU.
Install and run CoreTemp or RealTemp to monitor temperature of cpu, probable cause of slowing down.
