Hi guys!, can anyone help me?

A friend of mine is selling me this video card, radeon 7750, but will that card run games like crysis 3 in ultra settings or bf4? (im using an i3 4160 and 4gb ram)

Thanks in advance :)

Ultra? Nowhere near. At 1920x1080, you'll get medium settings at best. If the game is good, you'll enjoy it, but you won't be able to have the eye candy.

Can it 'run' the mentioned games on ultra? Yes, FPS? 5-15. Its more like a low-medium settings card.

Atleast the GTX 760 or R9 280, for playable ultra FPS. You'd need something like R9 290 or GTX 970 for comfortable ultra, especially in Crysis 3.

Is there really much differente btw high and ultra? i mean, it its worth to buy a video card to play it on ultra when you can play it in high?

Depends on the game for the difference between high and ultra.

I do not have a problem with how high looks.. well the better card you get the longer it will game at high or ultra as new games come out

Quite frankly, I think "medium" looks pretty good on modern games, and the difference between "medium" and "high" is more visible to me than the difference between "high" and "ultra."
To go along with iron8orn's first post, I have a HD7870 that handles everything I play quite nicely. It has been a real sweet-spot card.
If you want a high-end card, make sure your PSU is up to the task. A 550W PSU is enough for anything likely to be within reason (e.g. R9 280 or GTX970), and a 500W PSU is enough for a R9 270 or GTX760.
