New PC (have made a few in the past),Fans don't spin,no lights,no beeps. I have already tried using a different PSU but it has no effect. There are no extra slots on the mobo where more power cables could go and all the cables are in the right place and fully inserted. I am just confused as to why there are no signs of power whatsoever. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I'd start with this checklist. Some steps may seem like no brainers, but if you go through them all, it will rule out human error.

one thing that not on the list is check with the motherboard vendor that your cpu is listed to run on the mb also check from there guild what bios file is needed. sometime you can get an old mb that needs a bios update before it will post.

First thing I'd check is whether you wired the power_on pins with the case wires properly. If you did, maybe a faulty case switch. You can test by shorting the two pins using a screwdriver to touch them both at the same time. This will power you on (if this is the problem).

Progress!

Relooked over the user guide for my mono , pins were in the wrong place (herp derp) and noe the CPU and PSU fans spin, the LED comes on for the case fan but it does not spin and there is no signal on the monitor. Any ideas ?
