Laptop doesn't turn on.
- When I connect the AC adapter and press the power button, I see the power light (near DC input Jack) blink three or four times then turn off.
- Doing the same with the battery removed, doesn't igive any blinks.
- Doing the same with battery but without connecting the AC adapter, doesn't show any blinks as well.
I`ve tested the AC adapter plug voltage with a multimeter and voltage is OK: 19v
I wonder if the DC charge input connector is bad

Any help will be welcome.

HP blink codes are here but it's a good chance there is an issue with a broken solder from the power jack to the distribution point as it's a common occurrence on HP and pretty much all laptops, especially if it's ever been dropped or jarred fairly good, but sometimes even if it hasn't or if you didn't know it had been.

It seems though that three blinks means the memory module has failed and four blinks means the graphics adapter has failed.
