Will the ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z motherboard fit in the NZXT Phantom and the Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced cases?

It depends on the model of the Phantom but look at the case for the motherboard supported the 932 says mATX ATX, and eATX, then look at the case and see with it supports. Pick your motherboard and look at the form factor in it's specs.

The ASUS Crosshair V Formula Z is an ATX form-factor board so it will fit in either of those two cases you mentioned.
