My system is old Athlon x2 5200+ with 5 gig ram and a downgraded GT 730 2 gig from a GTX750 due to bottlenecking.. But I have very poor frame rate like 9fps at best.. I know the game is a CPU drainer but I can't even get above low settings on all. It says my setting are to high as well lol.. My mate has an i3 and 2gig ram and has his settings on medium and it plays fine. And now he has just got a GTX 770 and plays on High grr any ideas apart from upgrading hardware lol as I'm building my new pc soon. But I love this game.

Im not sure whats affecting your frame rate like that, according to benchmarks you should be getting at minimum around 16 fps at low settings or as much as 25 (still not that good but hey its decent) What are the specs of your ram and are there any background applications running while you're trying to play? Also, what resolution are you trying to play at, as that could also factor into it. The 16 and 25 fps stats I mentioned were with a pretty similar processor but the resolution was 1366x768.

I'm playing at 1360x768 nothing running in the background but windows crap.. as I've been dealing with this for about a month with no joys.. I've even been on with sega for about a week given all sorts of reports and there stumped and say I should be able to play on medium settings at least.. I even did a fresh install of windows and only had the game installed and still the same.. I know people have complained about the optimization and things, but this is strange.. all other games I have like simcity total war games all run fine in high settings.. RAM is DDR2-sdram Micron Tech.

I really am p***** lol... I love the game have all the DLCs but can't play it on line due to the low fps I just get lag.. I've uninstalled it deleted all files, checked the reg, checked for hidden reinstalled and still the same and I've done that like 5 times ...

just wondering why ? is it the speed as all this ram is 5300 they do a 6400 and a 8500 but still I'm a little puzzled why the ram would be the problem.. Plus all sticks are fine I've tested them one by one as best I could... IE take one out turn on pc lol..

I will find the solution one day and it won't be cause I built a new machine.. ha ha ha ..
