I'd go with a 2x4GB RAM kit so you can take advantage of Dual Channel.

If you hadn't bought it yet I'd have recommended a different PSU, but don't worry too much about it, the unit you bought is decent.

Everything else looks good.

What would you recommend for the Ram kit? Is 1866 really necessary? I know the specs for the 6350 call for it but would 1600 really make a noticeable difference?

Usually I'd say stick with 1600, but AMD responds quite well to higher RAM frequencies. G.Skill ARES also has a good price, both compared to 1600MHz RAM and compared to what you picked, so that's what I'd get.
