Will the Core i3 4130 bottleneck a single GTX 970?

I'm looking to build a system on the cheap, and I know the GPU is most important. I also know that amateur system designers regularly recommend a CPU far more powerful than is necessary. If you think the GTX 970 needs a Core i7, hit the back button.

If you actually know what you're talking about, or where I could look for the answer to this question, I'd love to hear it!

Core i5 4670k is probably your best bet,the core i3 is Only a dual core and so on modern,next gen games it will bottle neck somewhat(20-30%).New game require at least 4 core which will probably increase in the future and so the I5 comes in handy as it will also have great overclock capability compared to the I3 which has none.
If you want a ''bang for the buck'' you might consider AMD Fx-8350 etc.etc. they offer good price to perfomance ratio as well as good overclocking capability
