what size of Power supply do I need for this gaming computer?

CPU: amd FX-9370 vishera 8-core 4.4GHz
GPU: HIS Radeon r9 280x 3GB
Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0
HDD: WD Black 2TB 7200 RPM
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X 16GB DDR3 1600 (2x8GB)

750 Watts would do 850 for more breathing room.
You really need a complete new build for gaming.
The FX 9370 draws a massive 220 Watts, 16GB for a gaming PC is wasting money for 1/2 of it.
A i5 4690K paired with a Z97 board and a 2X4gb set of memory will give you better performance for about the same price or lower and not need near as much of a power supply or case cooling. I don't recommend a single 2TB drive for your main drive.
