Need help with Mobo purchase

So I plan on replacing my 8350 with an i5 4690k. I'm having a hard time with mobos but I think I've narrowed it down.

The first one is actually a Combo Deal on NewEgg and I'm not sure if it's worth it.
ASUS Z97-PRO & i5 4690k combo
ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK2
ASUS Z97-A
MSI Z97-Gaming 5

I know ASUS has good customer service and MSI I hear is kind of meh. But I always hear of good things when it comes to their mobos. The only MSI item I've ever owned was my old 8800GT and that thing was a tank. I really love the look MSI has on their boards compared to ASUS.

MSI i personally don't prefer at all its not a good brand at least for motherboard according to my experience ad yes asus and gigabyte are the 2 best brands of motherboard out there asus is a bit pricy but gigabyte is reasonable and provide good quality board i have used both asus and gigabyte boards.

Damn well I missed out on the combo deal so there goes that. Is Gigabyte a good mobo company? I've never used any of their products and don't know anyone who has them for their build, so my knowledge of them is limited.

Should I not consider MSI?
