I am going to be building my very 1st PC sometime next month but before I go out and get all the parts I would like to get some tips, advice, recommendations. I have looked for parts for a while, but hearing what some of the expert builders will really help me out in the end. I plan on using this build to play games and some occasional school work here and there. Below I will leave the link to to all the parts I have chosen. I have not chosen a monitor, but if you could suggest one, that would be great.

The build is decent, except for the CPU cooler and the GPU.
What is your total budget, including the monitor?

For gaming, this would be far better, as it has a far better GPU.

The most I am willing to pay for the entire thing including the monitor is probably around $1200.
