Is 1000w gold enough

I have a amd FX 8350
Mobo sabertooth 900fx
2 hard drives
6 fans
And I want to crossfire my two
r9 290x
DVD player of course
16 gb of ram 4 gbs a stick and I have four sticks of ram so total is 16 gb ram I'm running
Is 1000w enough?
Or is it more than enough?

More than enough. Go for an EVGA 600w or maybe corsair or even rosewill.

My psu is rosewill lighting 1000w gold rated
So this is all good I'm set I don't know brands that's why idk if this is a good one

for sure the rosewill lighting 1000w will be sufficient for your build. not sure why you would even wonder at the price of the rosewill $160 you can get any atx PSU and it will be sufficient for your build.

R9 290X TDP 290 Watts x2 580 Watts Stock 8350 125 Watts (overclocked this can go up big time) the rest of your PC less than 100 Watts.
If your processor is overclock it's still enough power to run a full system stress test and under gaming use it will be fine.

Yes, more than enough. Unless you want to go with two graphics cards someday, it's overkill.

More important that the wattage - what brand is it? Lots of watts don't make any difference if it's a crap brand. Much more important that it's reliable and well put-together. A 500W PSU is better than an 850W or 1000W one that blows up and fries your whole system.
