Current Specs: GPU: AMD Readon HD 7750
CPU: i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
PSU: 450w (not sure what model)

I play a lot of CPU and GPU intense games: Battlefield Arma DayZ. While playing said games i record at the same time to do Youtube videos. I need to know a reasonably price graphics card for playing Arma 3 on high and also a reasonably priced PSU for the GPU

More about : card psu choose

Then as Cowboydude suggested, an EVGA SuperNova G2 and a 970:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£81.87 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £356.86

Btw, the G2 series only comes in 750W and above.
