Ok so I have two front fans that are pretty loud they are 120mm and blow about 70 cfm. I bought 2 140mm fans that blow around 40cfm. I might just get rid of the 120mm fans because the 140mm fan is keeping it almost as cool. 140mm fans blowing directly onto the motherboard because it is on the side panel. I want to make the second one an intake but there is noware else on the case that has a 140mm slot, except the top slot. There is already one fan in the top slot as exhaust. so what should I do with the second fan. If i make it exhaust then that will create a negative pressure sucking air into the case which means a lot of dust, or making it intake but that will counter the top exhaust. Any suggestions about any of the fans? My goal is to make it as cool as possible and pretty quiet.
Here is the case I have http://

Top and back fans blowing out as exhaust, front/side/bottom fans blowing in as intake. That's the only way you want to do it.

I wouldn't get rid of the front fans entirely, just replace the loud ones or get a fan controller to turn them down, if that's possible. Always better to have a front intake fan as well as the others, if the option is available. 70 CFM each is a LOT, way more than you need. You could do just as well with a couple of 40CFM fans that are quiet.

SilenX makes a few fans like that and I have been very impressed with them:

Scythe also makes some similar fans that are even quieter and I have been very happy with those...
